[Subtask] MiniGravtion integration test framework

Describe the subtask

Embed test framework provides a complete runtime environment to execute integration tests, like miniHDFS.

• It can easily create a GravitonServer class object.
• It can isolate catalogs JAR to avoid conflict.
• Support running local and Github Action environments.

You can execute each integration test code in it and through Graviton Client or HttpClient to test.
