There have been situations when we have run into some edge cases while classifying commits in the right section due to improper classification by the get_most_impactful_change function. I am adding some test cases -- it is exhaustive but all that i could think at the moment, we can expand further when needed.

This will ensure sanity in case new types come in and also ensure no modification of weights.
