Google Cloud Provider: Divergency in GKEStartPodOperator Docstring - on_finish_action dafault value

What do you see as an issue?

In the Google Cloud GKEStartPodOperator docs it is stated that the dafaultbehaviour for the on_finish_action param is keep_pod. Yet, this is not the case in the code since it was updated in this commit.

Solving the problem

The doc line where the default is stated should be updated to delete_pod.
