unable to hide details page

What happened?

I'm running Airflow 3.0.6 which was released today but for some reason I'm not seeing the toggle button to hide details page. Here is the screenshot of what I see:

if you look at the video shown in this PR #54790 (comment) you can see that there is a toggle button that allows you to hide the details page I believe.

does this not come with 3.0.6? or am I missing something here...

What you think should happen instead?

I should have the option to hide details page so I can have full view of the DAG

How to reproduce

install Airflow 3.0.6 and you should not be able to see the toggle button.

This was implemented in #51946 and will be available in Airflow 3.1.0 release not in Airflow 3.0.x versions
