2. Passed through to base action - The parameter is now forwarded to claude-code-base-action
3. Updated README documentation - Added to the inputs table and included comprehensive usage examples
4. Created tests - Added tests to verify the configuration is correct
5. All tests passing - Verified implementation works correctly

The implementation allows users to limit the number of conversation turns Claude can take, which is useful for controlling costs and ensuring predictable behavior in automated workflows.
