Restoring a note type to default doesn't update the fields #20510

Does it also happen in the desktop version?
- This bug does not occur in the latest version of Anki Desktop
What are the steps to reproduce this bug?
- Add a field to the basic note type and some text to its front template. Save that.
- Restore it to default.
- Observe that the fields are not updated immediately.
- Undo the restore to default action.
- Observe that the fields aren't updated.

Expected behaviour
It should update immediately.

- Doing some stuff like opening and closing the note editor makes it update.
- The previews in the note editor don't update either.
- Also, on older versions like 2.23.3, the previews in the card browser aren't updated.

- I have checked the manual and the FAQ and could not find a solution to my issue
- (Optional) I have confirmed the issue is not resolved in the latest alpha release (instructions)
