Description

In Sprint 11, there are new features introduced.

1. Removal of Generating Dynamic benchmark Prompts. [MS-292] Removal of generating dynamic benchmark prompts on the fly #71
2. Removal of attack modules in recipes. [MS-294] Removal of attack modules field in all recipes #69
3. Adding LionGuard as a metric. [MS-348] Update Lionguard in Moonshot #72
4. Update clcc and others. [MS-379] update clcc, update prints to logs, cache #74

Motivation and Context

To introduce more features and fixes for Moonshot.
