open folder note from folder

The folder with folder note is indicated by a gray underline in the file explorer.

You can open a folder note when clicking on the underlined name of the folder, and click elsewhere (including 🔽) to trigger folder collapse.

Also, mid-click can open a folder note in a new pane, similar to regular files.
