delete folder from folder note

When a folder note is opened and currently active, the following commands are available to delete the folder linked to it:

Delete linked folder via command/ more options menu
- delete the linked folder, keep the folder note
- also revert note hidding in file explorer if hide note in explorer is enabled
Delete note and linked folder via command/ more options menu
- delete the folder note with the linked folder
