Minutes:

• @OscarQQ demoed the new feature that allows us to pull nightlies from artifactory servers by combining SDK_RESOURCE=nightly with CUSTOMIZED_SDK_URL=link to artifactory build - the PR related to this work is get latest nightly build files from given base url #2695. This feature does not change or break existing functionality of SDK_RESOURCE=nightly and CUSTOMIZED_SDK_URL='' where we will pull builds served up from the Adoptium API, or of SDK_RESOURCE=customized and CUSTOMIZED_SDK_URL=URL to any JDK build where we will pull a build from any URL, try to unpack it and run tests against it. Request from @lumpfish to add a note under the param in Grinder.
• @renfeiw talked about 3 recent enhancements he has delivered
  • comment-based run aqa workflow to eclipse-openj9 repo, see Enable runaqa PR build eclipse-openj9/openj9#12870 (already available in aqa-tests and TKG repo)
  • updates to <disabled></disabled> tags in playlists to <disables><disable></disable></disables> format which allows for more encapsulation and validation of the playlist files (our test definition files) see Update disable format TKG#218. Changes to playlists in eclipse-openj9 repo already complete under Update disable element eclipse-openj9/openj9#13105, open "good first issue" in aqa-tests for July 15 opensource day participants to choose if they wish, see Update disable format #2714.
  • SPEC updates in TKG, fixes among other things the query for avgTestDuration that was replying with _xl times instead of _mixed times (see Update SPEC to use mixed as default TKG#216).
• Quick look at the Zenhub board and the PR backlog, plan to merge Bug Resolve: Comment triggered PR build (run aqa) failed with KeyErro… #2733 first, so we can use the comment-based run aqa workflow to test the other PRs in the queue. Follow up with authors on the old draft PRs to see if they are still valid. For Latest Releases #2544 (from Yanan / CanOSP student), as it is not complete, we should review it, and potentially shift that work into another branch for further updates and merge (with Yanan as co-author), alternatively close it and come at it from a fresh start.
• Useful short overview of how we slice'n'dice tests and the 3 layers of automation we use in AQAvit (Layer1=TKG, Layer2=CI server, Layer3=TRSS), see Talk 5 from the AQA lightning talk series (a set of 5-10 minute demos answering some common questions that developers may have).
