Minutes:

• Reviewed the background and requirements related to the AQAvit versioning/branching proposal in Establish a versioning and branching scheme for AQAvit project #2776, ask for feedback over the course of the next week, then begin to use the proposed scheme to tag all 7 AQAvit repos
• Take a quick look at some issues that came out of this July release AQA triage (Functional tests CloseScope0Tests_0 failed on all platforms with hotspot ever since it was added. #2773, Functional test FileTest.modifyTest() failed on some machines. #2774, Functional MBCS_Tests datetime tests are duplicate running twice for each build. #2775 and Add Grid view link in Release Summary Report aqa-test-tools#506, Enhancement: Organize Release Report summary by Platform Parent/Child jobs aqa-test-tools#501)
• 12 PRs contributed as part of July opensource day, expecting Oct 1st to be a bigger event, need more 'good first issues' identified/created before then
• AQAvit intends to submit for participation in the Fall 2021 term with CanOSP (canosp.ca)
• Review of PR backlog, some need 2nd review, will close the stale one from Yanan (and update the issue it relates to and see if Sayani can take on that work). Hoping to lift the codefreeze at the end of the week (once primary platforms are released)
