Cannot library package

Hi

When I try to libray the package, R showed this error.
Could you please help me resolve it?

Based on this error:
error: namespace ‘fastmap’ 1.1.1 is being loaded, but >= 1.2.0 is required
it seems that your packages or R-installation are not up-to-date.

What happens if you run BiocManager::install(c('fastmap', 'RSQLite'), force=TRUE), and what is the output of R.Version()$version.string and BiocManager::version() ?
