Problem
#3787 added the Ralph Rinzler Folklife Archives and Collections as a subprovider for Smithsonian. Since then the DAG has been run one time, and 0 records were ingested for this source.
We should check in after the DAG has run a few more times. Once an appreciable amount of records have been ingested for the source we should make it available to users by adding it to the content providers in the Django admin.
