wasm-split producing invalid modules

For some reason this unrelated change to emscripten required disabling of test_split_main_module:

emscripten-core/emscripten#13695

AssertionError: JS subprocess failed (/root/emsdk/node/14.15.5_64bit/bin/node test_split_main_module.js): 7.  Output:
failed to asynchronously prepare wasm: RuntimeError: WebAssembly.instantiate(): table initializer is out of bounds
RuntimeError: WebAssembly.instantiate(): table initializer is out of bounds
