Remaining work

Finish provider setup and validate Vee's existing Google Calendar integration with the designated V1 team account.

Implemented on main

• Calendar MCP client and tool configuration are present in agent/connections/google-calendar.ts.
• A fixed organizational credential is defined in agent/lib/shared-auth.ts.
• Administrator setup and the team-calendar access boundary are documented in the README.

Validation status

The last recorded provider check, dated September 29 in #17, reported that the Calendar connector was missing. This issue review did not rerun live provider checks.

Code-enforced action approvals and staged provider diagnostics are pending in #16, #17, and #19. Those PRs remain drafts.

Acceptance criteria

• Provision the Calendar connector and required Google APIs in the intended Vercel project and environment.
• Authorize the designated V1 account and restrict it to the calendars intended for shared team access.
• Verify credential resolution, MCP initialization, and an actual calendar read on the target deployment.
• Verify that two Slack users can retrieve the shared team calendar without personal Calendar consent.
• Complete the Calendar action approval checks in the controlled pilot before enabling writes.
• Record the deployment SHA, check date, and results. Keep calendar contents and credentials out of the issue.

The original request was created from Slack. This issue now tracks activation and validation because the integration code and setup documentation already exist.
