Package links open Local files but not a Websites

Describe the bug
When pressing on Packages links, they open Local files but not Websites

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Package Manager
2. Click on "MLAPI Networking Library"
3. Press its Hyperlinks
4. They open Local files on Xcode

Expected behavior
They should open their Websites

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: macOS Big Sur 11.2
• Unity Version: 2019.4.22f1
• MLAPI Version: v0.1.0

Those links are a Package Manager feature and not controlled by the packages. They are explicitly an offline feature (if you click these links on a package that doesn't include these files you'll get a popup that says This package does not contain offline documentation.)

I'll update the offline manual to include a link to our living documentation, but this will have to change in the future.
