The issue is that if we fix the tests, then we instead need to lower bound Distributions.jl to the most recent version. Another alternative is disabling deprecation warnings in tests, but this also seems wrong. |

This pull request changes the compat entry for the
Distributionspackage from< 0.25.11to< 0.25.11, 0.25for package test.This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry. It is your responsibility to make sure that your package tests pass before you merge this pull request.
