Register Gray Border Collie as a separate companion

Adds Gray Border Collie as the separate bordercolliegray companion, using its own ModelEngine appearance and mmoitems:PETS:PET_BORDERCOLLIEGRAY_EGG hatching item. It inherits the dog behavior and the normal Border Collie's wolf voice at pitch 1.0. The shipped config now contains twenty pet types, including eighteen modeled companions.

Updates existing configuration and command completion tests to include the new type. Validation: 995 tests, zero failures or errors, three skipped; Maven verification and the configured coverage check passed. The corresponding egg and donor requirements are supplied in ServerAssets and applied to TF Dev.
