LC0068: Assert permissions for page extension source table

Fixes #942.

Applies to same logic that was introduced for issue #728 to pages also to their page extensions.

With version 12 a page extension cannot be created in the same app as the base page, which then breaks the testcase.
Not quite sure what is the best way to avoid this.

In cases like this, I just disable the test for older versions of AL, for example like I did here:
