Update connector brokers

Description

This PR updates connector support for recent broker changes.

• Adds Cloud Foundry support for the Tanzu PostgreSQL tile.
• Removes Cloud Foundry support for CosmosDB.
• Updates documentation links.

Tested with PostgreSQL Connectors sample in Dhaka environment:
