Plan: Deploy redis as co-ordination backend

Plan for all the repos that will need updating for using redis as default as a co-ordination backend.

• st2 - Make redis the default coordinator backend st2#5226

• ansible-st2 - Updates to install redis, so can be used as coordination backend ansible-st2#296 @amanda11

• st2.conf default to redis coordination url in package (see comment on ansible-st2 PR) -Add redis configuration to st2.package.conf st2#5262
