Data Gateway - Open API | Update the Spec With New Endpoints

## Overview 

2 new API endpoints are added in Data Gateway and should be properly reflected in the spec document. 

## Required steps:

- [ ] Add new API routes to the document
- [ ] Define any re-usable elements in the common section of the document
- [ ] Configure structure/features/responses/etc. of the routes
