Meme Lab public pages now end with the selected Precise C footer: grouped native navigation and feedback, editable assistant handoffs, original reaction-card art, same-origin licensed fonts and a keyboard-scrollable studio rail. Existing native newsletter capture remains restricted to the canonical public origin; local research pages retain their native local-only footer.
Reconciles current main40d09e1 into the existing PR. Picker, Anna, Studio, product context, dependencies and Worker behavior outside footer rendering remain unchanged.
Validation: managed frozen npm install; footer4/4 and full235/235 tests; package checks, public build, Worker dry-run; exact candidate CI37768942927 passed. Actual source public root/collection/how-it-works/reference and local workspace/review all returned200 at390/768/1440 with0page overflow. Five edited accessible assistant links, feedback Escape/focus, studio ArrowRight0→40 and art/font/runtime byte proofs passed. Separate pinned iteration/final scans and fresh v2 design check passed.
Merged-main CI, exact-current guarded release and actual canonical-origin consent/validation/public byte proof remain separate closeout gates. No picker-ranking, Anna or authenticated workflow acceptance is claimed.
