Markdown-cli2 is a nice new version of that config
Bundler throws an error about needing Ruby3 now but GH pages v228 is still pinned to ruby 2.7.4, so I pinned it to the latest version.
Dropping node 16 and adding node 21 as well.
Making all the changes in one PR! Chaos!
