Description
Problem Description
After the Disease enum has been modified in (#13796) as part of epic (#13797), the case data form needs to be updated with Malaria-specific details.
Proposed Solution
Acceptance criteria
- Date of Symptom Onset is displayed.
- Lux specific Symptom end date should be added.
- Clinical Presentation, Other and Complication symptoms should display.
- An optional YesNoUnknown checkbox to capture the "clinical criteria status" as(The criteria for a clinical picture of the disease are met) info is needed.
