Make previews for PDF files (server side rendering) #13162

Hello!
The current implementation of pdf viewing is not very convenient. It would be more convenient to create a representation for pdf files on the server and send them to the client for display with full-featured viewing, besides the preview. For example in iframe (browser) and open new window in electron app (with special lib). All this would happen when clicking on the link with the name of the pdf file.
Maybe rendering the first page of pdf is optional if we implement such a preview.
