Switch Network button disabled when it should be enabled and vice versa

Problems

1. Switch Network button disabled on Invoice View when viewing a request with Payment Chain Sepolia while Metamask is on Polygon
   
   Workaround: Switch the network directly in Metamask.

2. Switch Network button enabled on Invoice View when viewing a request with Payment Chain Sepolia while Metamask is on Sepolia
   
   Clicking the Change Network button prompts the user to sign a payment transaction even though the Correct Network stepper is still blue.
