Motivation:

  • RxJS has this from feature and it's simple awesome, so, why not included it :)

Example

StringObservable.from("foo").subscribe(new StringPrinterObserver());

Output:

onNext : f
onNext : o
onNext : o
onCompleted

…match byLine.

removed the `Line` class because can be better done with `zip(Observable.range(0, MAX_INT), byLine(src), func2)`
A few changes to make it mesh better.
