Since the apidoc-swagger was removed. The security definition in swagger-template.json will be added to monorail.yml. So close the PR. |

In order to add autotest/somketest when auth enabled, security fields need to be added to swagger-template.json, so that python client API code for API 1.1 will take effect when auth enabled.
