Add the candlestick-patterns app (assets, README, screenshot, teaser) and refactor its implementation and docs. Key changes: switch app Dockerfile to python:3.11 (remove local TA-Lib build step and rely on requirements.txt). Major refactor of apps/candlestick-patterns/app.py: modernized Dash imports (Dash from dash), reorganized layout and CSS class names, updated color scheme and layout defaults, added helper UI utilities, improved component props/classes, tightened callback signatures and formatting, improved data handling (StringIO when reading JSON, index serialized as strings, raise on empty yfinance data), adjusted TA-Lib candle-setting handling, and various small bugfixes and styling tweaks. Also updated app README to use uv workflow and clarified usage instructions.
Updated README to reflect new features and links.
