Two questions about New York CTC calculations #4427
Description
These two questions are based on code in the 0.743.0 version of Policyengine-US.
(1) I'm not seeing in the code any of the logic contained in Form IT-213 Worksheet A or Form IT-213 Worksheet C (both of which are in the Form IT-213 instructions). Am I missing something or does some code need to be added?
(2) I'm not seeing in the code any of the logic between line 13 and line 16 on the Form IT-213. Am I missing something or does some code need to be added?
