"Have you used a Minion Skill Recently?" shouldn't be enabled by default if your main skill is a minion skill #669

Currently "Have you used a Minion Skill Recently?" checkbox is enabled by default if your main skill is a minion skill. The problem is not all minion skills are used often and there's no way to disable this checkbox. For example Herald of Purity and Herald of Agony do not need to be cast more than once and thus shouldn't benefit from this checkbox.
