Add liver organoid omics and drug response data

I was sent this paper today: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10949980/

it has RNASeq, transcriptomics, proteomics, phospho, and drug response for liver organoids. Leaving this as a placeholder until i can get access to the processed data we need (emailed authors on 4/30/25)
