New TMT mass fix

Install the version on this branch in R:

If the Git credential store is unavailable, you may need to add the following argument: auth_token="your-github-personal-authentication-token"

Changes:

• Addresses Reporter Ion Bug #30 by including new .RData data object.
• Adds a new vignette showing how to update reporter ion masses in the future, if needed (vignettes/update_reporter_masses.Rmd).
• Updates ROxygen version number
• Fixed a few typos in an existing vignette
