Take Account of 'Precision as Displayed'

I'm not too sure if this is a feature request, a bug report or a cry for help :-(
I'm seeing problems with spreadsheets that have 'Precision As Display' (PAD) set.
The problems are well documented but I can't find a reference to PAD in the phpoffice documentation.
I think that the current behaviour is the best that can be achieved with my understanding of the architecture of PHPOffice.
PHPOffice appears to ignore PAD (and I fully understand why that might me a good thing :-).
Are there any plans to implement PAD or is it something that will never happen because of the performance impact ?
I'm quite happy to write a document saying "we don't do PAD" if it is required :-)

Reopening because the question should be answered. PhpSpreadsheet does not support, and has no plans to support, Precision As Displayed. I will open a PR to document this, and re-close this issue after the PR is implemented.
