Modelling of intersections

This tool can be used for modelling intersections. Maybe we can check it for suitable definitions and explanations for our OSI Lane definitions?

@CarloVanDriestenBMW did you evaluate the software by now? Otherwise, I wouldn't reference it in the documentation for 3.0.1.
