[Performance] Video transitions are slow on web platform

Issue Description:
When switching between videos on the OpenMind web platform (openmind.org), there are noticeable performance lags and slowdowns during transitions.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to OpenMind dashboard
2. Navigate to pages with video content
3. Switch between different videos

Expected Behavior:
Video transitions should be smooth and instant

Actual Behavior:
Transitions have noticeable lag/freezing

Environment:

• Browser: Chrome/Firefox (hangisini kullanıyorsanız)
• Platform: openmind.org web interface

Suggested Solution:

• Implement video preloading
• Add lazy loading for videos
• Optimize video codec/compression
• Consider caching strategy
