Add DMXControl Plugin

There are 2 versions of the DDF (Device Definition File = fixture data):

• v2, where the DDF also has the fixture's UI controls embedded. I guess that requires a heavy amount of work.

• v3 seems a little easier and is already being worked on in Outdated: DMXControl3 Import #75
  • import
  • export, (partly) done in Add DMXControl 3 export plugin #359

There is a library with 100+ fixtures for testing and a DDF editor for Windows available to download.

Development on v2 seems not to be continued anymore, so it might be reasonable not to support it.
