[FEATURE] - Revamp Cookie Modal Behavior #41
Description
The modal used to pop up ALL the time, which was annoying. I think it's actually broken now, however. What we actually want is two-fold:
- For anonymous user, use a local cookie to store acknowledgement.
- For signed-in user, log acceptance via an endpoint and add a flag in the user model that can be easily retrieved on login.
