(just going through all the prs and saw this 😛 , they're not part of the default ros install)

This is to check that CI works with Pull Requests. It is still being tested.

travis-ci/travis-ci#7260
Travis CI still doesn't support building on Ubuntu 16.04, so none of the
ros-kinetic-*packages could be installed. Problem is, by the time they start supporting 16.04, we may move toros-melodic.
