CEM Processing Next Run

1. CEM Processing takes a long time so we had the idea of running the process directly on the CEM server might take any network lag out of the equation.

2. We might need a beefier box. 

3. Maybe try RedShift

4. Don't store Journal name and Title in MEDLINE, takes too much room.
