To reproduce

run the commands "map ntre_rogue_ctg; neo_bot_quota 2;"
choose team nsf
choose class recon
choose any weapon
yeet yourself into the water next to spawn, making sure to die before the round starts, and that the round starts before the player is forced to respawn.

Expectation
The "damage from leeches" sound loops until the player health drops to 0, then stops once the player is respawned

Reality
The "damage from leeches" sound loops continuously, presumably until the end of the game at which point the player has a chance to spawn not as a result of a new round starting, or until a map change
