This is a cherry-pick update from #180 that does not include any ION splitting from ANMS, only compose and container clean ups (e.g. embed the project name in the compose config to avoid extra command options).
The
agents-composeconfig is renamed totestenv-composeto try to make it more obvious that these containers are not part of ANMS proper.Closes #125
