So MusicBed decided it would be great to force redirect user to profile completion page. There's no way, but to comply. I already completed 2 default profiles we use. Custom profiles should be noted that they must complete their profiles on the site. This PR does exactly that. Also I noticed I forgot to add one more elif to download_file, it's fixed now. All tests pass locally.
