Rebrands Delegation Toolkit to Smart Accounts Kit across docs, examples, navigation, and configs, updating package names, APIs, and links site‑wide.

• Docs & API rename:
  • Rebrand “Delegation Toolkit” to Smart Accounts Kit throughout concepts, guides, references, and tutorials.
  • Update types/functions: DeleGatorEnvironment → SmartAccountsEnvironment, getDelegatorEnvironment → getSmartAccountsEnvironment (and usages/examples).
  • Switch all imports/usages to @metamask/smart-accounts-kit (incl. /experimental and /contracts).
• Content updates:
  • Revise intros/quickstarts and ERC-7710/7715 pages; adjust examples and code blocks accordingly.
  • Refresh index and copy to reflect Smart Accounts focus.
• Site/navigation:
  • Update nav dropdown IDs/labels to “Smart Accounts Kit”; adjust quickstart cards and product menu.
  • Sidebar tweaks (labels/collapse order), concepts section placement, and version banner wording.
  • Footer GitHub link points to metamask/smart-accounts-kit.

I reverted URL changes, and changes that affect unversioned content, and raised an issue to do this closer to launch: #2423. Also reordered sections, made other minor edits to landing page, etc.
