Fixes omnipod temp basal delivery accounting to use specifics of omnipod pump pulse timing (IOB accounting #1034).
Display HUD and Insulin Delivery graphs track dosing changes more accurately (Suspend/Resume Cancels TBR, but isn't Reflected in HUD #927, Basal graph delayed in updating #884, Bolus not delivered recorded as IOB #983)
Suspend/resume tracked in basal HUD (Show a visual indicator when the pump is suspended #285)
Basal rate is correctly displayed on app restart.
Fixed: Medtronic temp basal is tracked as being continued after suspend/resume.

Substantial changes in dose tracking. May have fixed #632, #1035.

After resume pump, temp basal is set too high, resulting in very low BG #1055
