- I'm a marine scientist and coding enthusiast with a strong interest in tech, data science and science communication.
- Currently shooting very powerful X-rays at coral skeletons and developing advanced 3D image processing pipelines coupled with AI to study historical coral growth in understudied areas of SE Asia.
- I am now an early stage researcher at the London Natural History Museum and PhD candidate at the University of Bristol (UK).
- I have a joint MSc in Marine Biological Resources and Global Ocean Change from the University of Bergen (Norway) and the University of Ghent (Belgium).
- I also have a BSc in Oceanography from the University of São Paulo (Brazil).
- In my free time, I can be found underwater, at the gym or amidst nature and reading on topics like technology, carbon storage, renewable energy, and the blue economy.
