Advanced mixing use case

Hi, thanks for this library.

I have an advanced mixing use case where I want to take an audio file and a list of start/end timestamps and return a new audio file where the audio track between the start/end times is 'beeped' out. I'm having trouble understanding if this is possible with SoundFlow. What do you think?

When you say "'beeped' out", do you mean replacing that period of time with a "beep" sound, removing it entirely, or replacing it with silence? In all three cases, the current SoundFlow does not have a ready-to-use component to achieve this, but I don't mind implementing a component to manipulate the audio segments though.

Hey, I just pushed pull request #48, which has some spicy audio editing stuff. Thought you'd want to check it out! Specifically, take a look at line 162 in ToneBasedExamples.cs to see if it's what you're looking for.

I'll merge it and update the documentation shortly, before the next release.

Implemented in the latest release (v1.1.0), with updated documentation and an included sample.
