add "Record Type" field for tab switching #60

Is your request related to a problem? Please describe.
A new "Record Type" field (tab group) is requested to enable tab-switching between catalog-style and new inventory-style records in the Catalogue module. This group will include a small dropdown with the values "catalog" and "inventory", and will be placed to the right of Amount and Disposition.
This issue contributes to a resolution for GitHub Issue #46.
