X20P support?

Anybody used this node with ublox X20P? I am wondering if a moving base + rover setup would work with X20P instead of F9P

simple NMEA forwarding will work, I don't know if the binary output UBX messages have changed (I can imagine a lot stayed the same), but the X20P certainly doesn't support the configuration messages of this repo.
